Our new production
A Serneke residence can be a Penthouse in Karlatornet with sauna and wine fridge, as well as a smooth student residence with shared kitchen. The newly built homes have a wide range and variety. We choose the location based on where our customers want to live and we adapt the quality of accommodation and the offer accordingly.
