We have been commissioned by HSB to build ten houses with a total of 125 tenant-owned apartments at Torpagatan in Björkekärr, Gothenburg.
The 125 tenant-owned apartments that we build have 2 - 5 rooms and kitchens and are divided into ten low-rise houses. Their low altitude creates a small scale that makes the area well adapted to the surrounding natural environment.
Building permits are granted and the sale of the apartments is ongoing. Construction started at the beginning of 2018.
The Brf Torpaterrassen is planned to be ready for occupancy during the third quarter of 2020.
