In Örgryte Torp in Gothenburg, approximately 500 dwellings have been built. We were commissioned to build 219 apartments for Poseidon in the area.
In April 2015 we were commissioned by Poseidon to build the first stage that includes the new construction of two four-storey buildings with 64 apartments, garage and a kindergarten with four departments.
In April 2016 we had renewed confidence in Poseidon when we were contracted to build stage two which includes 155 rental apartments, of which ten BMSS.
The area is next to the Delsjöområdets Nature Reserve and just a short bike ride from central Gothenburg. The first stage was completed in the summer of 2017 and the second stage spring 2018, six months before the estimated date of completion.
